The Communications and Events Director will work with the Executive Director (ED) to lead communications and event planning for outreach, education and advocacy activities of SHA.  The position provides key staff support in communications, event planning, advocacy, public education, and membership recruitment and engagement.  While we anticipate funding for this position to last at least two years, sustaining this position will be dependent on funding.

 Salary and Benefits:   This is a full-time salaried position with medical and dental benefits and competitive vacation and sick leave.  Starting salary is $47,476 and will be based on experience.
