Housing California (HCA), a statewide coalition of housing advocates, non-profit developers and homeless service organizations.  HCA is working at the state level to increase housing choices – for renters, for homeowners, and for people who experience homelessness.  They are working to create a dedicated source of money to fund development of affordable homes and apartments for lower income families.

SHA is committed to Sacramento County's affordable housing program.
